How do I sign in to PrePunch?
It depends which of these you are:
- Contractors sign in at the login page with an email and password. If you have forgotten it, use Forgot password? on that page.
- Homeowners and subcontractors have no password at all. You sign in by clicking a link we email you.
Contractors
Go to the sign-in page and enter your email and password. Forgot password? sits under the password box and emails you a reset link.
Homeowners and subcontractors
You were invited by a builder, and your account has no password by design. Each time you sign in, you request a link by email and click it.
If you no longer have a link, ask the builder running your project to send you a new invite. They can do that at any time.
When the email does not arrive
- Check your spam or junk folder. A first email from a new sender lands there more often than anywhere else.
- Check that the address you typed is the one your builder invited. An invite sent to a work address will not sign you in under a personal one.
- Ask your builder to resend it.
