How do I confirm a date my contractor scheduled me for?

Open the link in the email, sign in, and use Confirm on the date in your field schedule. Decline is next to it if the date does not work.

Confirming tells the contractor you are planning to be there. It is not a contract, and you can tell them later if something changes.

Confirming a date

  1. Click the link in the email. It opens a page showing which schedule you have been invited to.
  2. Enter your email address and send yourself a sign-in link.
  3. Click the link in the email that arrives. You land on your field schedule.
  4. Your dates are grouped By Project. Find the one you were asked about and press Confirm, or Decline if you cannot make it.

What confirming actually does

It marks the date as confirmed on the contractor's schedule, so they can see at a glance who has responded and who has not. That is the whole of it — it does not sign anything, and it does not commit you to a price.

If the date changes

Tell your contractor. They control the schedule; changing a date on their end updates what you see.
